Catch me when I fall…
Hey guys, whats up? Its been months again that I’ve posted a thing… sorry =(, I’ve been so busy with work, projects, life, that I just have forgotten about you guys… the one who always been reading my blog. The past months has been really tough for me. Countless sleepless nights, low energy, etc. I’ll start with the beginning I guess =).
Life is very funny when you look at it, things might get so complicated that you just want to step away and try to avoid it. You’ve been telling yourself for years this and that and try to keep on it… but at the end… the things that you told yourself, the things that you’ve been so stubborn of it… the things that you always said…. no way that I’m ever going to…. Just happens, out of your control. Well that happened to me the past couple weeks. Tho I’m really sure that I won’t regret it, ever. The thing is now that I “have it”, I’m so scared to loose it, that it might slip out of my hands. Really don’t want to through all “that” again. People how has been talking to me lately on msn… knows what I’m talking about =).
Guys one good advise, grab your chance when you have it, otherwise it might be too late and you’ll regret it forever. Really have to be thankful that “he” gave me this chance. *yes turned gay 
* Nah just kidding, hope I’ll be able make her the happiest girl in the world =). Yes I was talking about a girl the whole time… sigh >_<
Tomorrow is my last day working at my summer job, not too soon . Been going crazy in that madhouse, but met some cool new people. So I think it was worth it, right? =). Also been doing some freelance works for external companies as crew support during some captations at festivals like Rock Zottegem, Beverse Feesten, etc… Again there I met some new cool people… once home got several FB friends requests… how cool is that? LOL
When you keep it positive in life… things will turn bright and shinny… and you’ll look different to it. So try to be happy 
.
Next week I’ll be in London for a project, looking forward to it actually, been so longtime ago that I’ve been in London. I wonder how Ema is doing… Haven’t talked to her for months now =(… When I have time… gonna try to find her there… Who’s been in London before?
Last time it was like uhmmm 5years ago I think, it sure was fun with friends back then… So wanna go on a trip again with them
But anyway… I’m out of words now…. so I’ll just leave it like this and come back the next time… soon I hope =) In the meantime… here a song I just discovered, enjoy it guys!:

Hey Monday! How is everyone doing lately? OK, i’m guilty again… I know I know… its been a while again that I’ve posted anything on my blog. 
But before anyone tries to kill me, let me post this entry first
Last week was really a killer week for me. More like it almost killed me literally. It all happened when I was asked to shoot behind the scenes at the Eason Chan Concert in Ahoy Rotterdam. At first I wasn’t really in the mood to go because I’m not really a fan of his music at all… But then a partner of ours asked me to shoot for them… so I accepted the ‘job’. That was just the beginning of my killer week… Tons of mails passed by and by the time I got everything confirmed like equipment and stuff… there was only like 2 days left to find a small crew… on a really short notice sigh….
But I managed assemble a small crew and off we went to Amsterdam Friday for the press conference and the concert itself Saturday at Ahoy Rotterdam. The press conference was… a press conference? lol… nothing special about it. The next morning we had to be at Ahoy at 7am… that wasn’t really a good idea… because I didn’t slept well the night before. With a lot of motivation and energy… off we go again. Once there we already saw that the guys from BSL.be has started building the stage and our colleague from Stake5 has already started setting up our part of the HOF.
Around noon Eason arrived and not long after that… we had rehearsals with him. Everything went well and we were set for the concert that day. Just youtube for the videos with keywords like “Eason chan rotterdam” and you’ll see our work of the evening And for those who can see me on those videos, I’m buying them an icecream
I had camera position 1 on stage with a wireless HD camera configuration. So good luck finding my shadow on stage behind or next to Eason Chan

Hmm I’m sure you remember my last entry where I had let go someone… well last night I saw that person coming online again… after months. We’ve talked a bit like friends, not sure how she’s doing actually. Because the conversation was really superficial. And right now as I’m typing this entry… she’s online too… But that shouldn’t really be a big deal since I’ve let her go, right . Beside I have PG now, so I don’t need anything else anymore Weeeeeeeeee xD
PG, I know the coming days are going to be killer for you, but you know that you got everyone’s (like TB jr., Cat, CB, etc xD) support, so +oil. You can do it!

Hello world, this is me… life should be… lalalala ok I know its lame, because I’ve used this line before in the blog I think and also its a song from Belle Perez(Belgian), so the ’90’s But it was a good period ^^
Really don’t know where that came from xD
Anyway let do some blogging, its after all a blog we’re on right? !
As you can see I’m still alive and still busy like usually. Our company got finally registered so we can finally start to do some business. I went to Rotterdam(NL) last Tuesday with my other partners to get it done while mum and a friend of her went shopping there. Sigh shopping and women… I went their with an empty car trunk and came home with a fully loaded car. Anyway the registration didn’t went well since I’m a Belgian citizen and didn’t have a Dutch Sofinumber. So the next day I had to go to Breda(NL) again to request my Sofinumber and I got it straight away (luckily, wasn’t planning on driving to NL again the next day, 3 days straight ).
The Eason Chan 2010 Europe Tour thingy is still going on, this week its the deadline for the 2nd TV Commercial, but I still didn’t got the necessary files and information for the video from my employer for this project. So this means I can’t do a thing *sigh*, waste of time =.=
The agreement was that all the information and files should be delivered 2 weeks before the actual deadline, they broke the agreement tsssssss.
I’m not doing any OT’s because someone can’t manage his or her time schedule at the other side and therefor make me suffer for their mistake.
Hmm what else can I tell you… Well since the company is officially now, some projects has finally started. But I can’t tell you much about it since like I said the last time, its classified, we all signed a NDA (none disclosure agreement) in order to protect the company and its future projects.
Yeah we mean it this time!
Anyway lately I’m not sure why I play a daily SMS service for someone, I never done that before lol. Its kinda weird you know, I guess not everything can be explained in life. Maybe its to see that person’s cute smile each day? Hmm anyway don’t really know
Its almost spring and its getting warmer too. I kinda miss the winter, the snow, the cossyness, the warmth you get from loved ones, etc. Tell me that I’m crazy and weird, that should explain it lol
After 2 years, I think its time to let her go, tho we didn’t really had anything, but the feelings we had said something different. I’m not sure where she is right now, what she’s doing, she might got married like her parents wanted. I still don’t know why she suddenly disappeared Anyway I wish her all the happiness in the world and my blessings. I hope she’s doing great and happy now, where ever she might be.
Oh right today its SM’s psychology test, I’ll cross my fingers for her. I’m sure she’ll do great, she’s been studying so hard the past few days in her spring break. You can do it SM, +oil!!!

Where were we last time *looking it up*…. Oh right… MCE…
Well MCE has been over for a couple of months now and starting soon again in July with this years audition, etc. Beside MCE I have other projects too of course. Right now I’m working on the Eason Chan video productions (TV Commercials, Website clips, etc) for his 2010 Europe Tour. So it means the whole video thingy for the Eason Chan project.
Also planning things for the VOF, I can’t tell you much about it since it still in a startup phase and contains some (3 other projects) company secrets that can’t be reveal yet to the public, sorry .
In the summer I’ll be working as Directing Operator/Assistance on a couple music festivals like Ghent Rocks, Marktrock, etc That should be awesome, good music, good weather, fine ambiance and getting paid, couldn’t be better xD.
The coming months I’ll be traveling between the Netherlands and Belgium back and forth for work. Hmm should get the car checked up lol…

Hua Mulan

First of all HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE xD
So today or better said, tonight I saw the movie Hua Mulan. What the… ?! would you think Hua Mu… what? It’s a Chinese movie in Mandarin, luckily it had English subtitles otherwise I wouldn’t understand it all
The movie is based on a Chinese poem from far far back then around the year 500 I think. Its about a female heroine that has disguised herself as a guy so she could take the place of her father during the war and join an all-male army. I think all of you have seen the Disney animation version of Mulan, so I don’t have to say or explain too much about the storyline or plot.
There is defenitly something different between the animation and this version played by Vicki Zhao and Kun Chen. In this real version you have more emotions and love feeling. Most of you would think it’s another Braveheart movie or something similar but it’s not. You really have to see it to understand what kind of feeling I’m talking about.
During the movie I noticed a song from Stefanie Sun, which is for me a new singer, haven’t heard anything from her before. And of course it’s in Chinese again, even though I couldn’t understand it, you surely can feel the emotion and strength in it. After some googling I found the English translation and I wanted to share it with you guys, hope you’ll like it like I do.

A couple months ago I’ve stumbled on a song of Marie Digby called “Feel”, from the first note I was already sold by her voice and music. So I decided to buy her album “Breathing Underwater”, it took me 1.5 months before I had it. The supplier didn’t had the Japanese version (which is not much difference from the English one except 3 songs more and the album art printing is in Japanese) in stock so I had to wait. And I must admit it surely was worth waiting for. I’ve been listening to the album everywhere I go, in the car, mp3 player, at home, …

Busy guy

Hey guys, its been a while again… I really have lost the will to update my blog regularly haven’t I? I’ve been so busy the past couple weeks for Miss China Europe 2009. Its our first big project ever and you can imagine a lot of pressure was laid on our shoulder. From 9th till 15th of December I and others were in The Netherlands to capture the girls during their training week. I’m sure you can imagine how much fun that was for us, the film crew and the girls. But it also gave us some sleepless nights because we were short on crew people… Day one only 5 hours of sleep, day two 5 again, day three only 4, day five only 3 and … so on… And because some deadlines I went to bed at 7am in the morning and had to get up at 10am again. zZzZzZz
The week was really awesome, fun, and great. Right now I’m missing everyone from MCE2009, can’t wait for MCE2010!!! This year the film crew people are: Ka Kin, Susan, Wesley, Marc, Kin Wei, Manoe, Steven, Kelvin Tom, Wouter and me. And I’m the CHIEF Camera Man and Animation & Video Editor xD… That sounds soooooo tough isn’t it? During the week I’ve also met a lot of new people like Alex, Marc, … nice to meet you all folks! Looking forward to see you soon again and to work with you guys!
After the training week the D-Day arrived… The final show in front of 1500 people in the theater the girls had to preform and give their best move on stage while the film crew captured the show. We used the following equipments for the capture:

The show itself will be broadcasted on TVBS-E (Sat TV) in 48 European country on Saturday 26th of December at 9pm GMT. You can imagine we’re very proud of what we’ve accomplished on that day… The fact that our work will be broadcasted on TV, it just only can happen in your wildest dream xD for a beginner. I still have some editing to do like promotional video clips for the show itself, it has to be done today. Should be ok I think ^^.
Everyone would think a pageant is just pure looks… well they’re not really right or fault. During the week we’ve learn a lot of it and sometime its not easy to do the right thing. But we’ve tried and do the thing that we though it was right .
I guess you want to know who won this year?
Its Simwayn from the Netherlands, 19 years old. She’s easy going, fun, wonderful girl and …. keep it going You know what’s funny? From day one during the audition we (the film crew) already knew she would ended in the top 3 or even win the pageant. So we’re really glad we had it right ^^. She’ll be representing Europe during the Miss China International Pageant contest in Hong Kong during the summer. Don’t forget to support her, she really deserve to win!!!
There is a possibility that we might get the project for a reality soap/documentary in HK during the summer. Details are being discussed with all the people that are in charge.
The coming weeks I’ll be working at Makro (again), for 2 weeks or so, really need the money . After that there are some project waiting for me again. I’ve been called while I was in NL by someone saying they want me for a project. Haven’t contact them yet because I’m soooooo busy gosh…
But anyway, that how it went the past couple of weeks. ^^

Hey guys (and girls), I know its been a while again since I post another “meaningful” blog entry. Like usually I’m too busy or maybe too lazy too… Who can I blame for that?
Anyway lets catch up shall we? As you know I’m moving the old blog to this one. Everything goes well, I just need time to do it. I think it should be done by next year .
Lets get more serious now, currently I’m some kind of transit period of my life. I’ve 2 options and none of the 2 options is really workable at the moment. Friend and family knows what the options are and I’m not really in the mood to write it all down again. Lets say that I’m a little stuck right now. But in the meantime while I wait I’ve been doing some projects. The biggest one is MCE 2009 (Miss China Europe 2009). I’ve been part of the film crew since a couple months now. Like I told in previous posts, they have asked me to join and film the whole thing till the finals at 14th December 2009 in Den Haag (Netherlands). Yes you guess it right, I’ve been driving to Netherlands multiple times now.
The coolest thing is that I have to make the introduction movies for the 12 finalists, a short intro for the final show itself and this will be showed to 1500-2000 people in the theater and in 48 countries LIVE by satellite!
This is just so awesome! The idea that people will see your work for the first time on TV in 48 countries, is incredible and could only be in your dreams. But its not a dream, its real xD.

A couple days my mom’s house was broke into, so I’ve also been doing little works for her to get her feeling more comfortable by installing and looking for alarm systems, CCTV and other things. Only money and jewelery were stolen. The thief’s picked a day were the police didn’t had enough people on the streets due to the a demonstration at the European Council HQ. So multiple houses has been broken into in the area that day.
Last night I though I was dreaming when I saw her coming online since ages. And that made me a little :s again. I still don’t know how the thing are between us. She knows how I feel for her. But…
Ahhhhhh “miserie miserie zucht”
Anyway I’m going to get ready to get out. Going to drive a big big big van/truck for the first time today because mom wants to buy fences for her house at Makro. I hope I’ll make it back in one piece
